2014 Ishikawa – Kanazawa
The journey begins with a train ride from Tokyo to Toyama. From there, a rental car takes you north to the Noto Peninsula and then straight south to Kanazawa, the capital of Ishikawa Prefecture.

I took the train from Tokyo to Yokohama and wandered through the bay district, the parks, and Chinatown, where a festival was making its way along the main street.
